据尼日利亚媒体报道，中国一家企业将在河流州Yakurr 地区兴建一座木薯加工厂，加工原料将来自世行Fadama 三期,项目所支持的本地农户生产的木薯。据悉，世行Fadama 三期项目支持资金共计2亿美元，项目推行农户集群式和土地区块化发展模式，每个区块木薯种植面积为20-100公顷，每个州有9个区块种植基地。
