尼农业及农村发展部长日前表示，为鼓励木薯面包生产、消费，2012年财年尼将提高进口小麦的税收、禁止木薯粉进口，并将要求所有面包生厂商从2012年3月起的18个月内，用高品质木薯粉代替40%的小麦粉。此外，尼拟出台的优惠政策包括：高品质木薯面包生产商将从2012年开始享受12%的税收优惠；所有用于木薯粉及合成粉加工的机械、设备均将免税等。据悉，为保证木薯粉供应，目前尼政府正与私营部门合作，计划在2012年建设12座高品质木薯加工厂，设计日处理能力为240吨。
